Your pist never mentioned anything about anyone being grown nor an adult so that can't be a false premise.
Holmes was widely considered the champ after Mike Weaver won the WBA belt and Larry already defeated him previously. He got The Ring belt off of that too. So you can argue he became the champ then.
Even if they do, it doesn't guarantee they will be viewed as the true champions. AJ was very close to that status in 2018, but Fury came back so it made it irrelevant.
Heavyweight is about to become a dire wasteland in the near future As much as I still fund this era a little overrated, I don't think fighters or personalities coming through will improve anything In a few years we will be reminiscing about the past few years
It doesn't answer the question tho. You can have the clear king of a lackluster division, like after Louis retired or when Wlad was the champ.
Do you genuinely believe all that **** u just wrote? Or is it just a cope post because Usyk is the dogs bollocks & it makes u insecure ... no one gives a **** about Ward.. he never fought out of his comfort zone & needed illegal manoeuvres & incompetent judging to win fights. Usyk also has personality, Ward hasn't. Usyks insignificant is he? I suggest you do some research.. 20 million illegal streams (not condoning it) were detected during the Usyk vs. Fury fight.. 45% of these streams originated from Europe, 25% from North America, and 16% from Asia. The PPV itself reportedly generated 50 million, the ticket sales were 3 million & the sponsors 40 million.. when has Ward been part of anything remotely close to that? The answer is never. Even Wards biggest fights tanked.. the Kovalev fights flopped.. they did 125 thousand & 160 thousand. Let that sink in .. Ward should be compared to someone like Rigondeaux. No one cared. Yes the Ukrainian had a better dance partner.. but dont argue all that's just interest in Fury... outside of Britain a lot of people can't stand Fury.
You've yet to do anything or say anything beyond you disagree enough to harass me about it but, apparently, not enough to actually engage. You've made a poor attempt at juxtaposition and if you feel like you've, in some manner, managed any sort of positive reflection of yourself I would encourage you to re-read our interaction. I'm pretty sure you read as petulant, a step behind, and apprehensive, with the only discernable goal being harassment. I am sorry I hurt your feelings so. I apologize for offending your fragile disposition. I didn't realize pointing out the details of one of the many made up malarky 'rules' folks string together and call lineal would make anyone cry for pages. Here's a suggestion; give your balls a tug.
No, I'm saying it because that's how I feel and provided examples of how his career was similar to Ward's, who isn't missed at all. Nobody misses Usyk at cruiserweight. Nobody is wishing Usyk never left. Nobody talks about who they want Usyk to fight after Fury. When he said he may move back down to cruiserweight to end his career ... everyone shrugged. Usyk should be all we talk about on the message boards. There have been fighters who dominated this board and there were threads about them all the time. If Usyk isn't in the ring, nobody misses him. Out of sight, out of mind. He should be more important, given his success, but he isn't. Same with Ward. This content is protected
Turki rules the roost at heavy now so a tournament will be made. If AJ is still around he'd be in it, add in Dubois who is no. 3 heavyweight currently and the IBF belt holder, then round off with Parker, Zhang, Bakole and Kabayel, if all those guys stay at the top that is. That's quite mouth watering.
Comparing Usyk with Ward should be a criminal offence. Ward was the Mayweather of his weight classes, while never having fought the same quality of opposition. Usyk on the other hand has cleared out 2 weight divisions, one of them the hardest punching division of the lot.
If anyone cared enough about either, maybe it would be. But nobody is passionate about them. Who will Usyk fight if he beats Fury again in a couple weeks? Nobody cares (except the fans of the people who might possibly challenge him). People would rather talk about the players in an elimination tournament if Usyk leaves than talk about Usyk continuing and who he may fight next. It's weird to point out because it shouldn't be the case. It shouldn't have been the case with Ward, either. But some fighters just don't instill real passion in fans.
