If Usyk beats Fury in the rematch will he be GOAT? That would be 2 x win over AJ, 2 x win over Fury, and let’s not forget the wins over DDD, Del Boy, and bellew. There would be no one else left to fight pretty much. People are also forgetting he has come up from cruiserweight, so it’s phenomenal what he’s done in a few years at HW

Wilder is the only one that can stop him with a big right hand but he’s washed up now

No one is forgetting he came from CW. And since he already beat Fury, beating him again doesn't add anything more.

    Lol.

    Yes. He is finished.

I think for legacy, he could shore it up a bit be beating up on Parker and Zhang to close out his career tho.

    Wilder isn't worth anything now.

Not even close to GOAT for me, just doesn't have the body at work at heavy. Could be the GOAT cruiserweight, and if not number 1, number 2, but there are many styles he didn't face just simply because he hasn't had enough fights there to come up against them all, how would he do against a small, fast, power punching heavy for example? No shade at Usyk , you can only beat who's in front of you, and I think he's already established himself as the best of this era, but the GOAT is a stretch too far for me

EDIT: hasn't had enough fights there meaning heavyweight, for clarification

At this point even someone like Chisora puts him in the spin cycle again lol

His chin and skills have eroded so poorly.

    Hell, put Nichols in there

Usyk is a genius at adapting to ANY style as he’s already shown, so whoever that small, fast, power punching heavy you’re talking about is, he’d get whooped

No. I’m a Usyk fan but it certainly wouldn’t make him GOAT - and of course that’s through a HW lens as opposed to P4P.

He's already the GOAT and that is set in stone. He's clocked the game and completed boxing both amateur and pro whilst fighting on extra hard mode winning every single gold medal in major championships (Olympics, World Amateur Championships, European championships) as an amateur on the road and winning and unifying every single world title as a pro in his opponent's backyards sans once which was still on the road.

He done it all with zero deck-stacking. Zero trying to weaken opponent's at the negotiating table. Zero use of dirty tactics and fouling. Zero ducking. In fact, he's one of the most fearless road warriors to ever grace the sport and, in complete contrast to the vast majority of fighters, including many of the greats, he's routinely sought the toughest challenges out there in their backyards on a deck stacked in their favour. No ducking or dodging certain styles or punchers.

He's been exemplary: A model pro in and out of the ring, as near perfect a role model and ambassador as you could ask for.

So much of the aforementioned cannot be said about even most of the greats.

He became undisputed HW champion at 37 y/o for goodness sake when well past his apex slaying giants and murderous punchers in a division where he's giving away huge physical advantages and even though he's fought a murderer's row of savage punchers and KO artists, including a bunch of the hardest punchers in the sport both literally and P4P, he's never been dropped by a headshot in his life.

Let's not forget those CW studs he fought were basically power punching small HWs, especially Briedis and Gassiev who can punch holes in castle walls

He's clocked the game and everything from hereon is just a bonus. Even if he were to lose his next 10 fights he'd still the GOAT

Just watch this and try and convince yourselves he isn't the GOAT and that the good Lord himself didn't send this very special man and warrior down from the Holy Mountain as a gift from him to us
