I always like both Klitschko bros and got much respect for them but lets be real. Wlad got very good opportunity to finish carrer with win years ago after his loss to Joshua. Now being near to 50 he want fight with massive puncher who also can take punch? That's silly as fu... Wlad can be in good shape like he always was but its not about look and health. There is no way he still got same speed, reflex, stamina and others atributes. Dont want see this. Maybe if Wład win some other fight in great style...
Wlad made a career hugging and pushing over midgets. He can't handle big sexy young men who come to fight. Wlad's jab and grab would work fine on a green Dubious is a pudding but not the tenacious Dubious who has emerged as of recent.
So, a way past it glass cannon against a guy with a big punch and a solid chin? Prime Wlad? My money is on him taking Dubois. But a nearly 50 year old who hasn’t fought in like 8 years? That’s insane. He’d have zero chance of doing anything except getting hurt.
Yeah much as I'd love to see Wlad beat Dubois the only person who would be happy to see Wlad chasing his own head past the commentator's box would be Dino. And with Wlad at 48 I reckon it's fairly likely to happen.
That’s a winnable fight if Wlad could be like 50%. Dubois isn’t good and is a massive sucker for a straight right hand to the chops.
Probably for the best. To have a chance he'd need a few tune ups to see if he still had something to show, which is doubtful at 48.
I feel like Wlad is looking for clout. Maybe just trying to get the Klitschko name out there for when the war gets to an end. Might help with political ambitions.
Maybe you saw a different fight. He was significantly faster than Joshua despite being 14 years older.
