Fury isn’t shot. He fought the fight of his life against Usyk which he admitted to as much post-fight. He lost because he’s a bit of a front runner and Usyk is the superior fighter. If he was shot he would’ve been knocked out in a few rounds.

Shot Fury will maul the gap-toothed gormless Uzbeki Usyk with ease. I had the first fight 116-114 to Fury. And I know how to score fights because I write for a local county newspaper monthly.

The corrupt ref allowed Usyk to get away with illegal blows, especially in the farcical 9th round. That won't happen this time.

Usyk isn’t prime anymore though formidable, if Fury wins I’d still give him loads of credit especially if Usyk brings it like he did last time.

In all fairness, I don't think there has been a prior era in which the top heavyweights had such thin resumes or did such a miserable job of fighting and beating top contenders.

When's the last time the top heavyweights of an era had resume consisting of 3/4 guys ranked in the top 10? Holyfield and Tyson both beat nearly 3 times the number of ranked contenders Fury and AJ have beaten. If you further back in time the gap is even wider.

he ducked price, thompson, pulev, haye, wlad 2, ustinov, etc, while going out of his way to fight chisora thrice, abell, pajkic, schwarz, etc.

Definitely one of your more sensible posts. If Usyk wins he may well beat another 3 or so contenders tho, to be fair. We will see.

Haye ducked him. Wlad 2 has been conceded but it had mitigating circumstances. None if these other guys were ducks, and none were that good, although we mentioned them as guys who could have made his record nominally better.

The absolute state of your posts. Refrain from polluting this forum any longer with your inane claptrap or expect to receive a crisp bunch of fives. Understood?

Ustinov was as big a duck as there has ever been. He literally cried that Ustinov showing up in shape was a conspiracy against him as he pulled out of the fight.

    His Uncle died.

I have given Tyson Fury a lot of ****, but he was not afraid of Ustinov.

You are correct here. In terms of contenders fought the leaderboard of this era is noticeably lower and its about to end. By my arbitary count Derek Chisora is tied for the lead with Fury and AJ. He lost all those fights but thats not the point he a non champion has fought as many contenders as the actual champs of this era.
