If it’s the Golota from Bowe 1 or 2, I’m going with Golota. This might be an unpopular opinion but I was never impressed with Rahman besides his jab. He looked awful in so many fights, especially against Maskaev. The second fight with Lewis is how the first one should’ve ended. Did Rahman look great in any fight besides one round against Lewis? I sincerely don’t recall. Golota was big, strong, and could punch with both hands. Yes he lost anytime he stepped up, but he was an intimidating, talented fighter when he showed up mentally fit. IMO he beat Ruiz and Byrd. Remember, many were picking him to beat Lewis. I’ll give Rahman credit for having heart which might get him a victory over mentally unstable Golota, but I still think Golota wins.
Golota beat up a shell of Riddick Bowe. Watch Bowe closely in that fight and go back and watch him a few years earlier. Bowe shouldn't have even been in the ring which is evident when you hear him speak today. He clearly is comprised with CTE and was likely suffering from it in those two fights since they were the last of his career.
