    Yeah
if you want to call it that,
Him & the rest of the PBC crew outside of Tank are all pretty much semi retired these days.

Wlad, Ortiz, Ibeabucchi, McCall, Briggs has been mentioned by Ike as down, Tua training again, Haye and Povetkin have both recently talked about one more fight.

If they want to get a seniors league going, they have the guys.

If Grandpa Ortiz chooses to continue his career he should fight exhibitions with people his own age like Mike Tyson, or take on a youngster like Wlad Klitschko

Strangely I've never seen footage of his last fight. Not even a cell phone capture or it.

...and didn't Tank just say he's almost done?

By the looks of it, it was just a setup fight to get him back into "active" status. Theory is that there was fight in play, which required Ortiz to be ranked. Since he wasn´t, they got him a quick win against a bum. Ortiz´ side probably paid the guy to show up last minute just to loose.

Doesn't look like a real fight from the photo. But I get why they did it as dumb as it was.

I'm sure he'd fight again if the money were right, maybe feed him to Torrez for a name.

But as mentioned, nearly all of the PBC guys are languishing.

Probably could still be a decent fringe contender / trial horse. He did better against Martin than lil baby and I thought he did enough to beat Ruiz.

Only 45? He's probably closer to 55. He should expect a call from Jake Paul in a few years time.

I don't think so. He's trying to be the first fighter to die of old age in the ring.
