In no order: 1. Usyk - 220 lbs 2. Fury - 267 lbs 3. Dubois - 230 lbs 4. Joshua - 240 lbs 5. Parker - 235 lbs 6. Kabayel - 230 lbs 7. Zhang - 270 lbs 8. Okolie - 230 lbs 9. Bakole - 270 lbs 10. Wardley -?? 11. Huni - ?? 12. Itauma - seems perfect the way he is Parker, Zhang, Bakole and Okolie are the ones who are heavier than they should be.
225-235 Aj is a bodybuilder and Fury has sacks of fat The tale of super heavyweight is greatly exaggerated to hype up usyk, who is a big heavyweight himself who is over 220 and lean Fury is a fat ****er, Aj is a specimen to be fair, but his results prove size isn't anything So an ideal heavyweight is about Dubois size, 6'4 and 230 plus Edit Joshua is huge and normally closer to 250
It's arrogant to think that you know something that they don't, other than Okolie and his brand new cockroach physique.
Yeah he needs a bit more weight, maybe 2 more years of development and he can get to 330. His legs still look a bit skinny to me!
I think if they look visible flabby/fat, they're too fat. These are supposed to be 'athletes'. Also look at the biggest ones who are lean, and see their weight and that gives some perspective on how fat the smaller ones are. And how fat others their size are. For instance, Price/Wlad were huge but not fat. Fury should be around that, especially when you see he isn't as muscular. Fury should actually be even faster and more agile than he already is. Considering his speed was comparable to Wilder's in general movement, he would have been even harder to deal with if he'd been in shape throughout his career.
Funny how every other weight division is in tremendous shape and the heavyweights are carrying so much fat. Clueless people put it down to genetics when it is related to diet, training methods, and lifestyle. Even Kabayel, who is hardly in optimal shape, looks like he's in good shape compared to the fatsos at heavyweight.
What’s up with AJ and Dubois on this list? They’re both lean and clearly capable of following a proper nutrition plan, so I’d think their current weights are what their trainers want them to be.
