Yes the Bunce of the Setanta years was the real him. A utterly ruthless immoral man with no boundaries drunk on power. Than of course he lost his job at Setanta and we had the excruciatingly cringeworthy ' Bring back Bunce' campaign.

Bunce speaks so nicely to his superiors, with a pleasant (fake) smile, and speaks to those who perceives as inferior like they are a piece of crap on his shoe. His whole disposition changes according to the power dynamic. Never trust a person like that.
