Zubayruev with the occasional flurries and lands a couple of punches here and there.
Larin throws two quick back hands and lands both... but then goes back to doing nothing.
Zubayruev explodes and they trade punches! Looks like Larin got to Zubayruev there, but again, Larin is too passive to capitalize on any success.

Zubayruev gets Larin onto the ropes and lands a couple of punches. Quick up jab from Larin, another big miss from Zubayruev who pushes Larin into the corner. Larin gets out of there with ease.
Zubayruev is the clear agressor, but he is failing to land anything.
They trade at the end of the round. This was actually a good round in terms of action.

Larin comes out as the aggressor in the 4th. The kid has found his confidence!
Larin is now countering when he makes Zubayruev miss, and he is making Zubayruev miss a lot. A lot of grappling whenever Zubayruev lands a haymaker.

I have it 2-2. Larin really found himself in the 4th. Too bad that he did **** all in the first 2.
Judges will likely have it 3-1 Zubayruev, which is fair.

I saw video on Russian media with Kevin Johnson dressed as a SpetsNaz member, doing their training routine and also giving other members boxing lessons.
I was wondering what was that about - but since He has a fight coming up, I guess it was part of the promotion...

 

It´s kinda funny how every boxing region has their favorite B sides that they like to import. In Russias case it seems to be Africans.
