It really isn't so much about country but more of deplorable economic conditions that is conducive to making tough fighters...It just so happens that Mexico also has the enviable position of being next door to the US in terms of boxing, so its a hell of a lot easier road to boxing glory as compared to other tough hombres in other countries. Its easier to discover, groom, and nurture tough fighters from Mexico then one from some shanty town in Uganda.....

Every country has tough fighters. In France guys like Mormeck or Monshipour can be considered as tough boxers no ? (who watched Somsak vs Monshipour ??) But globally I think of Mexico cause it's not easy to give the name of a single mexican boxer who cannot be considered as tough !

I watched this fight with this little Mex dude. I think his name was Julio Cesar Chavez or something. Anyways, he was fighting this physically superior black boxer by the last name of Taylor. The little Mexican dude broke the black man's face and body, to the point of ******ation. Now this is no laughing matter.

Usually the country with more tough fighter is the one with more poor, uneducated people who see boxing as their only chance to make money. Considering that fact, I have to go with Mexico. Not very smart but very tough. The smartest ones become champions
