Who should be ranked higher than who in ATG lists?

To me it's not even a question, it's pretty obvious, but I know Tyson has a lot of nostalgic, passionate, sensitive fans.

Well you've already been sarcastic with the last paragraph so why bother asking if you're going to ridicule people who have a different opinion ?

Usyk has a very good resume but he hasn't beaten a single fighter that is considered great whilst Tyson has 2 wins over fighters considered great in Holmes, Spinks, and he's the only fighter to have stopped both of those great fighters which is significant.

Usyk probably ranks higher in a all time P4P list but Tyson ranks higher as a Heavyweight.

PS I just see your other thread you're a troll so yeah it all makes sense now.

Pound for pound: Usyk without question.

Heavyweight: I give Tyson the edge for now. Even though Usyk's 2 wins over Joshua are arguably better than any of Tyson's wins, Tyson did beat : Ruddock x 2, Tucker, Thomas, Berbick, Bruno, Spinks, Williams. He destroyed guys in such a one sided manner that it underrated some of his wins. For example, a guy like Spinks would most likely outpoint Chisora. But because Tyson blew him away in 91 seconds, people dismiss it as Tyson beating a blown up LHW.

Tyson had something like 10 title defenses at heavyweight.

But if Usyk wins the rematch vs Fury and successfully defends 2-3 times, i will probably rank him higher even as a heavyweight.

One thing is for certain: Usyk is as great as he could be. Tyson was great for 4 years and then wasted the rest of his career. Tyson is an underachiever despite cramming a lot into a small time frame. Usyk did everything he was humanly capable of.

Usyk. His longevity being a factor.. Tyson's peak was very short. His losses hurt him.. Douglas, Lewis, Holyfield etc.. consider too that when he was the age Usyk is now he was getting battered by Danny Williams.. I have watched many Tyson fights & he blatantly cheated in a lot of them too.. watch the ruddock fight.. low blow, hitting on the break, head butts .. you name it.. Botha fight. Tried to break his arm. Elbowed him.. McBride fight. Bit him on the chest. Tried to break his arm. Head butt. Usyk is far more classy than that.. Mike was a beast for a short period but he went off the rails and his career never recovered. Wheras Usyk has been brilliant from day dot.

Both legends and great to watch.

A comparison can only be made when Usyk retires then fights Jake Paul when in his sixties.

Realistically, a young Tyson could have made 200. He was 212. He could probably have shed 5lbs in a shred, then dehydrated down to make 200.

Tyson. For me, Joshua, whom I rate, was made for Usyk and I think Usyk gets his great name from beating Fury and coming back from serious adversity to do so. But, I think Tyson beat many fighters who woukd have beaten AJ and his attributes make him a better head to head fighter peak for peak...Tyson winning the title how he did and when he did beats Usyks Cruiserweight/Heavyweight titles for me.

Usyk is the #1 Cruiserweight. Tyson's inclusion into the top 10 at heavyweight is arguable. Heavy is more prestigious than cruiser. But Usyk cleaned out heavy too. So even though Mike's run at heavy is much more substantial, I think that on a combined resume it has to be Usyk.

Usyk is a class above. He always finds a way to win, is an all round Boxing Master with far more longevity, just simply the greater fighter with greater all round skills

Tyson was just a quick bust really, overhyped. He's one for the casuals.

If Usyk retired right now, him being only the second to retire as an undefeated heavyweight champion in history and having the better top wins would give him the edge imo.
