Even day to day variance can be a lot. I recently had morning weigh ins of 161, 159.5, 164, 161. I remember it for how off the 164 seemed.

At the doctors office in clothes and shoes, I'm 2-4lbs more, depending on what I'm wearing. And given that I'm 5'10" @ 160ish, I'd bet Fury's clothes have double (or more?) the amount of material in them as mine do. I could easily see him having 6-8lbs of clothes on.

Fury had sloppy performances vs Ngannou and Wilder at 277 pounds so I can't imagine being 281 pounds would be beneficial that's far too heavy. But I think the weight is slightly slanted as Fury was fully clothed so he probably doesn't weigh as much as that.

No man weighing 270lbs can box well for 12 rounds. Eventually you’ll gas and be in deep waters. If Tyson doesn’t get Usyk outta there early he’s screwed.

Fury’s team must have decided that they have little chance at winning on the back foot so they have to just go for it but Usyk is too smart to get knocked out and carrying all that weight for 12 rounds at the pace Usyk forces you to fight is draining we aren’t talking about Wilder who Fury beat by throwing around ten punches a round

Yeah, I have a similar variance. At most it has differed almost 4 lbs from one morning to the next and I'm 170. For an 270+ lbs elite athlete that variance will of course be much bigger.

And my estimate for his clothes is at least 8 lbs. I tried myself and the difference was almsot 6 lbs, with nothing in my pockets.

So hard to know exactly until we see him in the ring. But my guess is that he's bulked up and will try a more aggressive fight.

I've never thought of betting on table tennis.

Do you make much money from it?

Usyk is also coming in heavier than usual and is notably slower. He's not immune to making mistakes and losing.

Bass fishing in the US is big business. Prize winnings at tournaments are over $100,000. A couple times this year fishermen have been caught at weigh ins having fish with lead weights in their bullets.

Maybe Fury swallowed 5 or 6 pounds of lead weights, assuming he would poop them out tomorrow morning? It's possible.

The fight will come as a relief after that time on the loo. Maybe that's the plan. Make him all zen in the ring by torture shitting in the morning.

A little bit of $$$ but I guess me not being a gambler per se, the wins might be seem more to me.

I’ll only bet 6-1 odds and up, betting 10 bucks a throw, so I have seen quite a few $80 - $100 single bet returns.

I set a limit of say $200 bal for winnings then if I hit that bal I will transfer the lot to my savings.

Sometimes I bet just before bed and hopefully wake up to a nice surprise in the morning - but as they say, don’t bet what you can’t afford to lose.

I only go on a betting run every now and then when the urge crops up.

I got Usyk points. Would laugh if Fury got him though. The drama post fight would be too much

If BF24 does put the fight up for betting, I would guess about 5-4 in favor of Usyk? That is interesting about Table Tennis. I know zilch about that sport.
