If Klitschko is sort of in the discussion, then I defo expect Usyk to be in the discussion too.

Usyk has literally beaten all the top dogs at HW, and I genuinely don't think it has been a bad era so far. Opetaia may be his toughest possible test ATM and he isn't even in HW.

I think Frazier deserves to be in there. Marciano in terms of accomplishment.

    Don't think so.

    He would need more names.

He's clearly the best heavyweight of the twenties, though.
    And he's not done yet.

He’s only had 7 fights in the division. Legacy wise it’s hard to place him above guys like Ali, Louis, Wlad, Holmes, Foreman. Guys with 60-70 wins at heavyweight. Guys like Louis, Ali and Wlad had most of those wins against top competitors.
He definitely passes the eye test. An elite level southpaw with heart, IQ, stamina and toughness would be a tough out for anyone. He is a great fighter. But his sample size in the division is minuscule.

It has never been done what that guy has done. Never by anyone.

I won't be bothered to say it all again, staring from the amateurs, not avoiding anyone, fighting clean etc.

Trolls are gonna troll. Re***ds are gonna re***d. So much stupidity and negative emotions in this sport that it will take a while for 'the people' to recognize, if that ever happens.

Oleksandr Usyk is the greatest boxer ever.

Not necessarily the greatest HW mind you, just the GOAT boxer.

His manner of victory is struggling to beat Fury twice in very close fights, having a fairly close fight with AJ in the second and even Dubois gave him problems

Compare that to what Ali did to Tyrell absolutely murdered him, made Liston quit twice and knocked out the unbeatable Foreman

Again, he's only needed 7 fights to do what guys like Holmes and Klitschko never did--unify all belts and decimate the division.

He should be lauded for this.

GOAT cruiserweight and ATG heavyweight, but he needs to have more depth to his resume imo.

Even putting him next to Riddick Bowe is insulting. The guy has 7 fights vs 5 opponents, that's it.

H2H I would rank him very highly

However, his resume is Fury and Joshua two apiece and Witherspoon, Chisora and a Dubois who quit.

I love Usyk, but he’s had 7 fights at HW. History isn’t gonna revise itself in 5 years.

Ali fought everyone there was to fight across 2 decades and than some, and Louis had 25 defences of the lineal title.

You can put prime Lewis and prime Wlad instead of AJ and Fury on Usyk’s resume and I’m not sure It would cut it.

He’a a true p4p great though, that goes without saying.
