He'd be a long night for anybody. If there was a magical round robin in Valahalla, or whatever, he would take some losses but be one of the favs to win it.
Lennox Lewis would’ve have beaten him IMO Lennox used his size and reach incredibly well. If Fury was able to get to him as slow as he looked last night, then a fully motivated Lennox definitely would have , plus Lennox uppercuts and power was superior to Fury’s. I think a prime Holyfield gives him fits as well in a tremendous matchup. Prime Ali with his constant movement and speed would have given him a lot of problems as well. Style wise there are quite a few guys who could have beaten him on any given night and a case can be made for him beating them as well. Usyk has really won me over the last couple years and I can admit he is definitely an ATG.
Id pick Ali, Fraizer, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, and Wladimir Klitschko to beat Usyk in their respective primes.
I think Usyk would beat Lewis and Foreman I just see Usyk doing what Usyk does 2 these Silverbacks, constantly getting those big guys to reset and reset, not giving them a stationary target, make them tire and win a UD. Holmes ? Interesting one, that would force Usyk to come forward and make the fight. To me, that would be one of those fights where it'd go to the cards and you could make a case for both Prime Tyson ? Let's not even go there. I don't think Usyk lasts 4 rounds and that's not me being romantic and falling for the Tyson mythology. That's me knowing that prime Tyson would have been a stylistic nightmare for Usyk. Vitali ? I see him beating him and from the stories I've read ? Usyk handled both of the Klitschko's pretty well in sparring. Holyfield at cruiser ? No one beats Evander Holyfield at cruiser, even Usyk. At heavy ? Slightly edge to Holyfield as he'd have the footspeed to keep up with him. It's not the elite big guys I'd worry about for Usyk it's the elite smaller guys. Roy Jones beats Usyk. Jos Frazier beats Usyk. Elite fights who can match his footspeed and handspeed.

I would definitely bet money on Ali, Foreman, Lewis and Vitali. 50 - 50: Liston, Tyson, Holmes, Wlad. Very, very live underdogs ( wouldn'bet against them): Louis, Marciano, Frazier, Holyfield ( only if roided). So he's probably at least a top twelve, head to head. Higher than that pound for pound. Depending on how he finishes up, could make top three to five ATG at heavy weight and top seven to ten all-time pound for pound for all divisions.
Given they're all dead I don't think any of them are beating Usyk. Besides Jake Paul has reserved them for his next fights.
Look. The comparison between Usyk and Ali is simply not warranted. Just calm down. Ok ? Muhammed Ali best wins are prime George Foreman and Joe Frazier, that is top 10 heavyweights of all time. He also beat a very close to prime Sonny Liston, a top 10 heavyweight. There was a 14 year period between Ali winning the Lineal heavyweight title and the last time he held it Usyk hasn't even had a 14 year career So just stop it. It would take a much more special fighter than Usyk to eclipse Ali at heavyweight. Usyk is good, but Ali does everything better than him and is simply far more talented. You know how Roy Jones was able to make elite technicians like James Toney and Bernard Hopkins look like mugs? That's that would happen to Usyk once Ali shows he's Usyk's equal in technical ability but has better stamina, faster hands, better foot speed and more power. There's a L-O-N-G list of fighters I'd pick to beat Usyk, he 's a pretty good fighter in a remarkably weak era. That fight with Fury ,, an aging overweight basket case was as boring as ,well almost as bad as Fury and Wlad.
Yes i agree but i think usyk outperforms him in skills and especially strategic ring iq to adapt to a given situation . Wlad had many strong sectors but a weak chin and usyk has many strong sectors but a weak body . It would be interesting . In current era we have hardly anybody to beat usyk . We would need a decent skilled hard hitter .
So beating a 35 pounds overweight Fury, who barely beat an MMA fighter 12 months ago, and hype job AJ, means he beats a prime Foreman. Got it.
