I just watched Usyk vs Fury 2....How do people think it was 8-4 or even 9-3?

You don't get points for simply existing.

Usyk threw a lot of punches but a lot of them was either blocked or was to the body which in the long run had no affect.
Fury had a lot of his punches blocked too,but the big difference is they pushed Usyk backwards.
Usyk was complained in like 4-5 rounds when he himself also did stuff to Fury, who did not complain at all.

It was a close fight and I can see people saying Usyk won. But I had it either a Draw or I had it 1 round for Fury

    R1 - Fury
    R2 - Fury
    R3 - Usyk
    R4 - Usyk
    R5 - Fury
    R6 - Usyk
    R7 - Usyk
    R8 - Fury
    R9 - Usyk
    R10 - Fury
R11 - Even - This one was hard. The replays for some reason only showed Usyks punches that landed
R12 - Fury. It could have been even, but at this point ,he constant complaining was not a good look. It reminded me of Jimmy Young sticking his head out of the ring vs Ali, not as bad, but still behavior that loses you the fight. At some point it just gets old real fast.

    7-6

    R11 was comfortably Usyk.

You are struggling as you are ignoring body punches, they are still landed punches and did effect fury.

body punches and chest shots are vital against fury.

Could see it as 8-4, that's possible
7-5 is stretch and anything beyond that No

    I had 9-3, could see an 8-4.
If I was desperate for a fury win I could blag a 7-5.
Not unless I lied to myself and go in denial could i claim a draw.

I'll need to watch again, but as was mentioned in the fight thread by a couple of posters, a large part of the problem with boxing scoring is the lack of 10-10 rounds. The rounds from 1-6 got progressively easier to score, the first two could easily be 10-10.

Even with your very generous scoring to Fury, with the first round a draw it's 5-5. The rounds you score for Fury are closer rounds than the ones you score for Usyk, except round 5

You scored the first 2 rounds for Fury wrong.

You scored the 8th round for Fury wrong.

You scored the 11th round even wrong.

Your scorecard is simply horrendous and you have Fury winning every somewhat debatable round even rounds that Usyk clearly won hence you're biased hope that helps.

Did you watch it in ‘slow motion’ though?

    Fury lost. Get over it.
