Got to be Usyk

 

Not a debate, Usyk clearly.

Beterbiev has a shout but his win against Bivol was wafer-thin (I had it a draw), and Bivol could have been given the nod with different judges.

Inoue has had a great year (as had Bam Rodriguez) but their wins are nowhere near as significant or impressive as Usyk's over Fury given the massive physical advantages Fury had over Usyk (a good big man beats a good smaller man).

If Usyk faces and beats Dubois he will be 2x Undisputed which is pretty crazy (though he might have to vacate another belt by then!)

 

but his win is questionable. it was judges decision contested by many. if he would knockout Bivol then he could have a shot for that title
with this controversial decision he shouldn't even be at that list

Fernando Martinez absolutely needs to be added to it should he win New Year's Eve. He's honestly the only other fighter I'd consider aside from Usyk this year.

 

Well I'm judging it off my own opinion & not the opinion of others.. & having watched it 3 times i think Beterbiev was the rightful winner albeit it was close. In the end Bivol was neutered. Beterbiev had him sussed.

I'd pick Beterbiev if he had actually won cause, like others have said, Bivol is better than Fury. But I'll go with Usyk has won clearly.

 

The question of whether Usyk should win this is about as difficult as answering “is pizza tasty?” or “would you like free beer?” Or “boobs — good or bad?”

to become undisputed, then defend, against a dude with 6in and 60lbs on you, who is a damn good fighter in his own right, is just insane.

 

All of the main guys, Inoue, Usyk, Beterbiev and Bam Rodriguez had two fights. Usyk and Beterbiev had the biggest wins by far and I am going to go with Beterbiev because he beat two quality guys. Anyone wanting to say Usyk gets no argument from me.
