    Gaby or Orlando Canizales?

If Gaby ,Zarate by midround stoppage
    If Orlando,Zarate by late stoppage

Zarate beats both Orlando and Gaby Canizales. He stops Gaby within 5 rounds while he beats Orlando via decision.

Yeah, I think Zarate beats both of them. Both Gaby and Orlando had very decent chins so I think Zarate would need to use his skills and not just his power but I think he would need to use it enough to keep them both honest.

I was obviously talking about Orlando. Had it been Gaby I woukd have stated as much. Simply saying "Canizales" is the default to the better, more accomplished brother.

Carlos Zarate was a step or two above both
    of the Canizales brothers.
Nothing to be ashamed of because Carlos
Zarate is one of the best bantams in history.
    Now above bantam? Orlando Canizlaes
    could beat Zarate.
Zarate was a lot like Bob Foster, the wheels
seem to come off against bigger, heavier opponents......

He never really learned to make full use of his height/reach advantages - he looked to draw close & overpower every opponent, an approach that worked vs. every bantam opponent but was his undoing as he moved up in weight.
