    Good post.

Yeah, the crucifix thing was dumb too.

On the beard and trunks: while I dont think they’re very consequential and won’t say it was done for an advantage - it is fair to say for whatever reason they let the rules slide for Fury. We’ve all seen other fighters, some who sport beards for religious reasons who have to do that silly looking thing where they trim the bottom but leave it on the cheeks, lol.

As to why do I think he left it, I have no idea. Could be because he just fancies himself in a beard for now, his old lady likes it, etc..

It was a good scrap and I’m looking forward to revisiting it as well. I wasn’t too surprised by Fury not gassing badly - not because I thought he was in way better shape then the first fight, but he seemed both more relaxed and focused.

I was thinking the same thing when people were sayings he’s fatter than ever at the weigh ins, a 250+ lb man fully clothed and in a jacket might legitimately have 7+ lbs of clothes on.

Lastly, I’m as big a fan of Usyk as anyone, I struggle to see how anyone wouldn’t be.. and I think the right guy won clearly enough last night as well.

We know how badly Turki wanted that rematch, and a Tyson win. Props for the judging, however even I as a Usyk fanboy thought the cards were a little wide. I wouldn't have been surprised with a draw either!

A draw would have been a robbery.

Not quite on the same scale as Lennox - Evander 1, but a clear robbery nonetheless.

I was nervous before the fight about this. So much money on the table for the 3rd fight. But hats off to Turki. I think he is genially just a boxing fan with the means to sort a lot of the problems out.

He really came across as a Fury fan (sure he is).... and he was the first to congratulate Usyk.... Unlike Fury.

It's nice not having to rely on Vegas.

It looks that Turki is that kind of guy who likes teasing in build up, genuine honest, but in the end he has still sense for a justice. It makes sense, because this Riaad season is a lot about "promoting Saudi". They do not want people to look at them in a bad way. Look at that car you can win. It is huge.

He’s been doing this stuff for years.
He generally gets the public and media repeating it too.

He made hypocritical claims and manipulated the media and public against usyk wilder and vlad, people still believe what he says about them.

Gypsies are stereotypically good at blagging people.
