I thought it was closer than people on here were making out after first watching it.. but watching it back earlier you can see Usyk was always just that bit ahead.. better athlete, better ring general, better shot selection. Was high class stuff & nip & tuck at points so credit to Fury but Usyk is just better. There were a few close rounds but Usyk finished stronger & was the more consistent throughout whereas Fury got sloppy at times. Theres no controversy here. Fury doesn't have anything to be ashamed about with this loss. He beats everyone else.
Usyk beat latvian cruiserweight Mairis Briedis by the slimmest of margins, he enjoyed a size advantage during that fight so I guess Mairis is also some atg megafighter right? And then this Dubois fellow beat Usyk so he must be the goat right?
Right on man! I hate these robberies. It all started when Willard was robbed against Dempsey. I had the first a clear round for Willard but no, they gave it to Dempsey. That affected Big Jess mentally and he was lackluster (but still winning) for the rest of the fight until they gave it to Jack. What a rip off. Nobody in their right mind.
Say whatever you want, but Prime Breidis would beat a lot of TOP HWeights from 70s, 80's and 90's and probably rule CW easily.
I feel my point was perhaps lost here. I'm simply pointing out that Fury is not, and was not, a bad fighter. Personally, I don't think Usyk is an ATG. Best of his generation? Yes, of course, inarguably for me. But I don't think he's an ATG. I don't think Fury is an ATG. I think they are both excellent fighters who even at the tail end of their careers brought the best of each other out.
It's not necessary to lay a foul tongue on me my friend. I could get upset. Things could get out of hand. Then in self defence, I could do something to you that you would not like, right here
Salty tears. You've been one of the most bias think that Fury was going to win easy both times. Clear Usyk win, not sure what you watching!
