I reckon Klitschko wins this at 35 years old. What does every one think?

I think everyone who spells it Usky is a bot.

    #provemewrong

Usyk chins him sooner or later.

    Usco? Ukyi? Omsky? Ugsi?

I'm taking Wlad...the Wlad from the Haye fight. Much better boxer and heavier handed than Fury, and Uksoski went 24 close rounds with Tubby.

I wouldn’t bet against Usyk. He’d find a way to win.

Very hard to say. Usyk has the in-fight IQ to adjust on the fly and to bamboozle his opponents. Wlad has the ultra-refined gameplan that hadn't been beaten in a decade. Usyk is just big enough so that he isn't instantly doomed by his lack of size. On the other hand Wlad's distance game would pose some problems to Usyk's lateral movement. Rumour has it Usyk sparred Wlad and gave him a good go. That was older Wlad though. So ... who knows? The fight would probably be close.

I am a huge fan of both. But this Wlad would eventually get decoded by Usyk by the 3rd or 4th and start to get pressed and outboxed. And THAT is where the danger would lie for Usyk. It would force Wladimir to let his hand go as he would start to lose rounds getting timed and popped with that left. Manny Steward would be another cause of Wlad firing off more 1-2’s as he would be yelling in that corner.

This Wlad’s power would be a whole other realm that Usyk never has dealt with. But my gut tells me Usyk would survive that firepower. But I think he’d have to pick himself up once or twice to do it. MAYBE even clip Wlad with a left or right hook from hell and make Wlad get up. Good fight!

Slight edge to Usyk in this one. But… you put him in with the 2009 Wlad that fought and dismantled prime Chagaev… edge to Wlad in that one. Maybe even by stoppage late stoppage over a game Usyk. THAT timeframe imo was peak Wlad.

Wlad is a stylistic nightmare for usyk imo. Wlad with his atg jab and his atg power in both hands + his distance game and dirty tricks and hugging. But usyk relentless pressure and herky jerrky movement + feiniting would pressure wlad mentally and tire him out.
Wlad could imo ko usyk or usyk would outsmart him and tire him out and win by late stoppage or on points In a very close fight. This one would have been a great fight and genuinely a 50-50 fight

Usyk has the skills to pressure any version of Wlad, whose championship style was based on setting the pace. I can’t see Wlad’s gas tank lasting 12 rounds of Usyk.

I pick Usyk to win. On points after dropping Wlad a couple of times.

The Wlad from the Haye fight (and the Chagaev fight before it) was pin-perfect, astounding accuracy and timing, impeccable distance control, power at maximum. If you couldn't get him out of his rhythm he'd beat you no matter who you were. Usyk would need to really disrupt Wlad's gameplan to get him to break down, because once you broke Wlad out of his groove he became very ragged and unable to adapt. But Usyk would need to do it within six rounds or barring a KD or stoppage he'd get beaten on points. There's also the very real threat of Wlad's right hand or sneaky left hook catching Usyk and as good as Usyk's chin is, if he's getting stiff legged by Fury he'll be seriously messed up by Wlad.

I find it difficult to pick a winner. Comes down to gameplans and concentration levels I think. For Wlad it'd be simple: stick behind the jab, don't overreact to feints, don't overcommit to power punches, don't lunge in for clinches, accept that Usyk will probably start to come on strong in the latter half of the fight and be prepared for it. For Usyk it's a bit more tricky, try to disrupt Wlad's rhythm early, get him reacting to feints and level changes, use lots of lateral movement to make Wlad hesitant to throw, take risks and try to nick a few of the early rounds with timed flurries with the expectation of making up the points deficit in the latter half of the fight, don't get sloppy and eat a lazerbeam right hand.

I am not sure about this one. I agree that Wlad from the Haye fight is better than Fury, but the thing is that current Usyk is definitely not his best version either.

Can't believe nobody is taking David Hayes bad toe into consideration when discussing this thread.

Klitschko would have to go for the knockout. He would certainly need a few 10-8 rounds.

Usyk has a much higher work rate, isnt easy to clinch and I think even if he was hurt he wouldnt just try to survive.

Usyk by decision too fast and slick and wouldn't allow Wlad to control him like he could other heavyweights plus Usyk is very good at the clinch so Wlads usual tricks wouldn't work and Wlad did have trouble with good movers of which Usyk is one of the best.
