Floyd and Pac are kind of interchangeable for me, some days I rank Pac ahead, others Floyd. I've seen more Floyd fights recently so:

    Floyd
    Pac
    Usyk
    Bhop

Usyk won in other peoples' home countries, while Mayweather was afraid to leave Las Vegas and his corrupt officials.

Floyd always had a referee like Joe Cortez to protect him when the going got rough, and judges to bail him out when he lost (like in Castillo I).

And Floyd avoided fighters who were in their prime (Williams, Margarito, Mosley, Cotto, Pacquiao, Oscar, etc.) or who were slightly bigger (Trinidad, Wright, GGG, Forrest) and fought smaller men (JMM, Hatton, Guerrero). Usyk fought prime boxers like Gassiev and Dubois as well as much bigger men like Joshua and Fury.

    Usyk
    Pacquiao
    Mayweather
    Calzaghe

It's a two-horse race for the top-spot really and I'm not talking about the Philadelphian or the Ukrainian.

He didn’t beat as many world class fighters as the other 3 but he beat the best in their primes.Usyks most impressive wins joshua(twice),fury(twice),Dubois, bellew,Breidis and Gassiev we’re all deserved and very noteworthy.Wins over glowacki, hunter,,mchunu and huck were also significant.Chisora was a solid gatekeeper and has done good things since.

    Pacquiao
    Mayweather
    Usyk
    Hopkins

but an argument can be made for all four.

Hopkins middleweight run gets very underrated here.People like Joppy,Echols,Daniels,Eastman, allen, lipsey and Holmes
Were all good at the time he fought them.De La Hoya and Trinidad were fighting above their best weight class but he still knocked them out.Hopkins is also the only man to stop Glen Johnson,so he also had some pop at middleweight for a few years at least.

Both De La Hoya and Tito fights were at chatchweights too, which never gets mentioned. In fact, both guys weighed in heavier than Hopkins.
But boy oh boy do people LOVE to talk about weight when Hopkins vs Pavlik is brought up.

The De La Hoya fight was set at a catchweight 157.
Hopkins weighed in at 157 against Trinidad but I’m not sure if it was a catchweight fight.I thought the idea was to come in a few pounds under so people would underestimate him and think he wouldn’t be able to take Trinidad’s punches and boy did he take some big ones in round 6.

I think overall he's a great fighter but some of those names you mentioned I don't rate at all.. there is literally no one worth a s*** on Allens resume, yet Hopkins fought him 3 times.. i have no idea why. Another example is Howard Eastman.. he was a decent euro level type fighter but certainly nothing special. All the top MWs were beating him at the time.. Miranda, Hopkins, Abraham etc... thing is too Hopkins was a big MW.. you only have to see his LHW fights, he didn't look undersized did he? Those other 3 experienced size deficits many times... especially Usyk & Pac.

Eastman was on a decent run for a few years before the Hopkins fight and was ring magazines number one rated contender before the fight.Eastman was also unlucky not to get the nod against William Joppy and had tanked by the time he faced the overrated Miranda,a better version of Eastman would’ve beaten Miranda.
