Christ, it's clear Wilder's not a Top 10 guy any more, but this? Was hoping he'd at least fight some in the Top 25-35 realm, like a Franklin or Chisora (Makhmudov and Adeleye would've made for fun scraps). Pointless, unless the goal is that he beats up a bunch of no-hopers just like he did in the lead-up to his first title win to show that 'he's back' before putting him in for an undeserved title shot (maybe after Usyk retires).

PS Just realised that the only fight I've ever seen of this guy is when he walked out of the ring before the fight started vs Ajagba.

I think it´s a decent fight, given how Wilders last 2 went. The man absolutely needs a tuneup, and if he is off his game just a little then Harper is good enough to take some advantage.

nobody cares what the middle names are. Nobody haz ever seen their middle namez except on this thread or other threads where they put the middle names. When you turn on the TV you dont see Leshun wilder do you?

 

He needs to build up again

 

Wilder is 38 years old, failed to win a single round in his last 2 fights and is coming off of a brutal KO. Yes, he absolutely needs a tuneup and Harper is good enough to take advantage of Wilder if Wilder is not at his best. This doesn´t mean that Harper would beat him.

Load of crap is thinking that Wilder is still world class and should be fighting anyone in the top 20.
