I didn't see AJ fighting Wilder after Wilder lost, so why should Fury fight AJ after he got spanked by Dubios?
I find this utterly ridiculous, even for you. HIm and Joshua is the single biggest money-making fight in boxing, and the one that could best boost his legacy. And fury's not going to fight him because...why? He's a dosser? C'mon, man.
Things have changed since the other retirements. This time he lost and lost all his belts. And he's not prime anymore. So we might have to take this one more seriously. Reality is that Fury won't want to be KO'd to a rival like AJ and if he's feeling vulnerable, he might well call it a day. We'll get a better idea when we see how much fat he's put on after his Christmas bender. If it starts looking like he's back on the KFC buckets could be a sign he's gone. I think it would be very funny if Hearn lost out on both the Wilder and Fury fortunes, it would be some of the worst promotional management ever from a business point of view. Even the fact that these fights still haven't been signed and they're all 35+ is hilarious.
It's lost a lot of it's former luster. Both fighters losing to Usyk isn't a big deal because they cancel out, and you can argue AJ avenged his loss to Ruiz, but AJs recent performance against Dubios was a disaster. He should either avenge that loss or beat up Wilder to add some hype/confidence. Would be nice if Fury took on Zhang too tbh. It's a fight I still want to see though, just doesn't have much hype atm.
Winner of Parker/Dubios, sets up Usyk v Fury 3 courtesy of Turki while AJ and Wilder fight on the undercard. (I don't know)
I don't see why he'd fight a bodybuilding bum for $30m when he got $100m for a rabbit. Good time to sit back and relax. Parker could upset Dubious twice and then Fury gets to fight his mate for a free belt to retire with. Although I don't think the IBF interests him in the slightest
I don't think Fury has the motivation to stay in shape. He's already well on the road to obesity. Coming back won't be easy from that. I hope he stays retired. And Wilder, Joe Joyce, Chisora, and Dillian Whyte, join him.
Can't believe he let himself get so out of shape in that year period after Chiosora where they were negotiating on the Usyk fight waiting for the Saudi's to bring the big boy money. He's blown up his entire life, when you're 36 and body is past it then it doesn't hold up anymore.
Poor ol miniq. You're like that mom with the drug addiction son. Everyone around you sees he is a waste of time. That he will never amount to anything, yet you keep telling everybody that your little Johnny is a good boy, you'll see, he's gonna be big time, you wait. Johnny's 40 years old now, never had a steady job, been in and out of jail, homeless and OD'd several times. His time has passed. That boy you thought was gonna make you proud some day, just turned out to break your heart over and over, just one big disappointment. And yet here you are once again, singing Fury's praises, like he has some master plan to come back and rule the HW division. LOL Or maybe you're Johnny. Your dad has left and never came back. Yet you keep talking about him. Saying my dad is rich. He's gonna take me fishing on his yatch some day and we're gonna live in his big mansion. The reality is, your dad just lies to you to shut you up. Says he'll be at your school play and afterwards take you to dinner, anywhere you want to go. And this weekend we'll go fishing, heck, we'll go fishing Friday, you won't go to school. The man never shows. You're left, sitting on the frint porch, 6 in the morning, holding your Snoopy fishing pole and a bag of worms you dug up from your back yard until finally your mom tells you to come and eat lunch. LOL
