Would Rolly Romero be an all time great if he was sent to the 1940s

Boxing as a sport is always evolving, boxers today are 3x as skilled as the the archaic warriors from the distant past, and boxers in the future will have even more refined footwork, boosted athleticism, higher ring iq, newly discovered punches, superior head movement and catching punches more often. Rolly may be trash now, but compared to the 1940s his skills must be wizard like.

How would Rolly do against a top level boxer back then like Henry Armstrong ?

No amount of evolution saves Rolly here, I could see the second raters from the period beating him as well as countless others long before the 40s.

No. Romero would not be an ATG in ANY era. In fact, he would not even be a top 10 contender in most eras.

Let's be completely real here..............................none of this is true,

Rolly hasn't even broken 18 fights yet and he (really) should have 4 losses not 2. Rolly is a journeymen level fighter that somehow gets talked about with world ranked fighters. Makes no sense.

Henry Armstrong should count his lucky stars that he never had to share an era with the real GOAT, Rolly Romero.
