Yes. I'm not kidding when I say I've seen the idea of a mega fight in Africa floated just about every year for the past decade. It has never happened. It's also not surprising that Joshua is purported to take on a dangerous live opponent in said fight that has a very low chance of happening.

But yes, go nuts Joshua fans, this is CONCLUSIVE proof that he NEVER ducked anyone.

You've once again fallen victim to marketing and what if's.

Fury clearly hadn't trained properly for Ngannou and that's not out of character for him.

What the best clean Fury was is anyone's guess... But he definitely had better performances than that where he was probably clean (Wilder 2, for example, even though I don't consider it his better style - heck, even the Usyk fights he was in better shape despite being older).

I'm often the first to point to Fury's asterisks... But let's be consistent - lots of fighters have off nights, they're part of the overall judgement for sure but you can't hammer Fury for his off nights whilst excusing Joshua's (or vice versa) without looking like a partisan hypocrite - they're both flawed.

 

I'm not buying what you are selling. Fury's masterclass (aka jab fest) was against Wladimir. Fury tested positive for banned substances and they tried to blame it on wild animal meat. There's no wild animals in that part of the UK.

 

The Fury in your avatar weighed a lot less than the Fury that fought Francis as did the Fury that out-boxed Wlad.

 

Wlad hardly landed a punch on Fury that night.
