What were your thoughts on Wilder back when he was saying he wanted to literally kill an opponent

That was based on an actual conversation Genghis Khan had with his generals. Except for the Khan's version was a lot more ****-ey

Difference is, SRR didn't want to kill someone. He had a dream about it, which bothered him. But, you are correct, what Wilder said does not bother me. More him trying to create some bad boy image.

Something like 10% or 20% of people in Eastern Europe are directly descendants of Genghis Khan right?

I apparently have some Eastern European bloodline and I hardly grow facial hair so maybe I got some Asian gene, so I like to think I am descendant from Ghenghis Khan.

    I thought it was disgusting.

Hoped he didn't genuinely mean it.

Thought he should focus more on fighting live bodies instead of the mostly stiff journeymen he'd fought at that point... In hindsight, we know why he didn't really want to fight the contenders.

I remember thinking it would more than likely happen to him than one of his opponents

Eh? There is quite a difference between dreaming your opponent died in a fight and WANTING to kill someone in one of your fights.

It was a load of nonsense anyway. All he was doing was projecting to hide his insecurities.

Oh it’s psychological therapy time where we can twist everyone’s thoughts in just go round in circles. I’d say it’s more to do with you people trying anything to justify raising hatred for someone.

as stated previously, many many fighters, especially power punchers have spoken like this in the past and we’ve loved it.

I didnt get offended by it in the slightest because Wilder was playing the "heel" character. Boxing needs entertaining characters

As a fan, I enjoyed it.

Why is that? I have a bloodlust just like the rest of the supposed 8 billion people that inhabit this rock.

Can you give a few examples of these many many fighters that said they want an in ring death on their record....I don't think there is much twisting involved when we are quoting him, there isn't many other ways it can be taken.
