Who's your slugger you would send in to still be there at the last bell while being tee'd off on?

Just what I was here to say. The way he took punches without as much as a second thought was just damn scary.

Anybody remember what round Shavers dropped him in? I got a perfect image of it in my mind, Cobb goes onto his ass and then just stands back up- But I can't remember when it happened. I'm starting to think it didn't happen at all.

Of the names so far mentioned I like his chances the best. I was going to say Lamon Brewster but I like Tua better

Brewster is a good shout. I was also thinking Ray Mercer as well.

I'm pretty confident Ray Mercer could do it. He was good enough to be more than just a sitting duck against Louis. The other iron chinned guys we tend to think of (McCall, Cobb, etc) would just be sitting ducks, and I'm not sure even McCall could survive the kind of battering Louis was capable of giving an opponent he was outclassing.

What about old Foreman? He had an iron chin but wouldn't be too hard for a prime Louis to find.

Mike Weaver for some banger,he starts slow but if Louis doesn't adjust to him in no time there will be fire and smokes.
