Joyce size and workrste would make this interesting. 2 things fury struggled with

It's hard to see Joyce landing on him much and he doesn't have one-punch power. Therefore the answer is Fury.
Fury only compliments people he isn't threatened by, so if he's saying good things about Joyce in sparring it means he knows Joyce isn't a real threat.
Fury lately has been less mobile and easier to hit but if you go back to the first Wilder fight, it's actually amazing how hard he was to hit and Wilder was very fast for a SHW.
The Fury that is dodging and ducking Wilder RH's and hooks isn't getting nailed by Joyce.

HOWEVER, the Fury trained by 'Sugar' could possibly get into a dogfight with Joyce and lose. I don't think Fury would be stupid enough to do that, but if he came out trying to 'Kronk' him it would probably backfire.

It's crazy how the duckery of Tyson left him with such a weak CV. Joyce was consensus number 2 contender to Fury's title behind Usyk and he would get major props from beating him. How things change...

I think you're spot on here, mate.

I can't say I understand OP's logic that Joyce would up the pace and swarm all over Fury like a rash... And that he'd have success doing it... When a more active and less slow Chisora couldn't beat him that way, even with multiple attempts.

I think someone's overthinking, this fight really would be as simple as it looks - Fury on points and wide.

Fury could write a (strongly worded) letter regarding by-laws on caravans to his local council in the time it takes Joyce to throw a punch. There's only one way this is going to go.

    Exactly.

Or indeed, instruct a solicitor to do so on his behalf, and have it delivered before Joyce throws a punch.

Stylistically this would be a non-starter for Joyce, especially given the levels between the two.

Let's be completely fair: I will say that Joyce could beat a crap version of Fury where he trained on chips and coke. For example, he might beat the weak-as-pudding version that showed up in Wilder 1. But H2H usually assumes competent versions of fighters.

Chisora is smaller in stature than Joyce and comes wading in to Fury getting clipped in the process or Fury leans back in the ropes then ties him up and spins out the rope due to Fury having that size and physical strength to be able to do so.

Joyce’s method to come in is very different as he methodically walks you down parrying your gloves down and trying to find the right opening. It’s not jumping on you like a rash and throwing hands at all times it’s mental pressure being in your face looking for an opening and throwing regularly.

Joyce is a natural unit as well not a body builder so physically bullying him like Fury could to Chisora would be more tiring. His ability to impose his will and force the pace he wants to fight at was one of his biggest strengths.

Fury would likely win a relatively comfortable decision and he is an idiot for not seeking that fight at the time

He literally could wait a month or two to fight him, but he had to fight in December. And then, Chisora comes, lol.

Chisora and Joyce are nothing alike.

fury may have beat Joyce, he’s certainly achieved more anyway. But the Chisora fights tell us nothing about Joyce.

Public boxing lesson for Joyce. Fury wins just about every round. Neither man is hurt.
