A-siders get privileges and exceptions in all walks of life. That's just the way it is, to quote Bruce Hornsby. Anyway, best of luck in your boxing career.
Have to see Keyshawn perform that way when he doesn’t have such a huge weight advantage. He appeared to be 2 or 3 classes bigger than his opponent on Friday.
I already admitted as much. A-siders have the requisite clout and influence to tilt the playing field. That's life, man.
If Keyshawn can avoid the left hook, avoid be lead around by his daddy and not sue another boxer for battery before the fight, he wins. You can be sure Davis slaps a rehydration clause in there.
Were they to fight in May, I'd pick him against Ryan with absolutely no confidence, reasons being he's a LW (a big one but still), and Ryan has already acclimated to 140..........also Keyshawn does literally everything better but Ryan's speed difference is crucial. Keyshawn is a hard hitter though so I can't see Ryan rushing in reckless like he did vs. Haney (who he had no fear of). I'm very critical of Keyshawn because he's one of the main prospects (now titlist: congrats), that I watch. I think his peak potential is far higher than Ryan's. Even though he's got a belt now, I still need him to have more fights under his belt before he takes on some gunslingers. By the time he becomes a 20 fight competitor I'd pick him against everyone at LW other than Tank which I'd say would have a slight edge.
