Tho gotta say Madrimov needs to do some actual offense instead of just dancing around too much. He sure aint no loma.

Finally can get some shut eye till Parke-Bakole

He's pretty good but I don't know how much longer he'll last with this style. Every fight is grueling.

Yes, Madrimov was fighting two men in there.

Obviously dishonest referee, probably paid off by Golden Boy, as the judges were in Bohachuk-Madrimov and the judge with the wide score today.

I scored today's fight a draw, but Madrimov might have won if the referee had not been in his face all fight.

yeah, you cant judge a fight by how the majority score here. rarely does it ever match what actually happened in the ring. its a popularity contest for most.

I'm ok with two cards but can a Soviet brother EVER get the rub of the green against a North American in a world title fight? I mean let's be honest this could so easily have been Bohachuk defending his belt vs Madrimov instead if they ever got the rub of the green

Before his illness he was way more impressive. Nevertheless, you need to be way better than just good to win to him. Either you are world level elite or you wont win to him.

I expected a better performance from him today, though. I'm a bit fan, so I'm probably a bit biased.

I was praying for a draw. I need a dose of Shakur immediately to calm me down. Madrimov let the fight slip away from him and lost his poise. I still think he should have won but he could've won a lot cleaner.

I thought Mardrimov would have stayed in the pocket and try to time Ortiz. Too much moving in the early rounds.

To be fair, the ref didn't take a point with 1 minute left like I thought he was going to

He’s my personal favorite fighter right now, but you’re right, that style doesn’t scream longevity.
