Joseph Parker has had the WBO interim for a long time now - he deserves the fight with Usyk more than anyone else.

Agit Kabayel is now the WBC mandatory, so he should be next after Parker.

Usyk has already stopped Daniel Dubois, been there, done that. No need for that fight - Usyk should fight someone he hasn't fought before. And Frank Warren's lies about the low blow and claiming that Fury beat Usyk twice should make Usyk less willing to do business with him. Dubois is a dirty fighter, as we saw with his multiple headbutt TKO of Hrgovic and low blows against Usyk, and gets away with it because of his influential promoter.

Excellent post, and I fully agree. Dubios v Usyk was so one sided (even with the low blow) we don't need to see it again.

Parker has a great string of wins and was unfortunately denied his title shot, and has held his interm longer than Kabayel (who should absolutely follow after Parker for title contention).

Personally I think even a 40 year old Usyk would find a way to beat both fighters, but they would at least be interesting.

It should be Kabayel he’s the one with the style to beat Usyk. He’d absolutely leather Usyk’s body and stop him.

He's not taking that fight, he sill pick easier options now that he can

The ultimate road warrior nonsense was because he had to chase the bigger stars for a pay day

    His next 3

    Yet another rematch

Parker or Kabayel; whilst both are deserving, I think Kabayel is the more deserving of the two.

I’ve checked polls on other sites, and most people agree Parker is the most deserving.

I like the order. I don't necessarily think Parker is better than Dubois or Kabayel, but he's on a good run.

Kabayel probably poses the most danger to Usyk, stylistically, because Kabayel is a great body puncher (who keeps his punches up), so Usyk can't cry foul against him. But Parker probably deserves it more than Kabayel just for "length of service.

And I've grown to like Dubois. Loved the Joshua win. He probably beats both Kabayel and Parker straight up.

But we already saw Usyk-Dubois. And, although I thought Dubois' shot to Usyk was fine, and Usyk milked it, Usyk did stop him already.

Let some others take a run.

Parker...Kabayel...Dubois. (Although I rate them the opposite way, with Dubois #1, Kabayel #2 and Parker #3. Maybe, I'm just tired of rematches.;))

Kabayel got that nice fresh new feeling to it. Don’t let it go stale sitting on the shelf for the next two years.

I have to give it to Dubois as he is a title holder, that being said I feel he should honor his agreement to fight Parker though that probably won't happen.

For the challengers, Parker by dint of missing out on the challenge with Dubois pulling out and now seemingly shut out with Dubois and Usyk rematching again.

In terms of recent fights I think the resume's of Parker and Kabayel stack up nicely but I will give Parker the edge slightly.

Kabayel defeated two prospects in Makhmudov and Sanchez (both massively overhyped whose best wins between them are Junior Fa and a 43 year old Takam. Makhmudov took a battering by Guido Vianelo last year which again exposes his level) and stopping Zhang by KO, which is legit. All 3 wins by KO is impressive.

Parker has Wilder, (coming off the back of a 1st Rd KO but not the same fighter pre Fury, a proven opponent regardless though) Zhang (coming off the back of his decimation of Joyce) and Bakole (both fighters taking the fight on 48 hours notice and Parker scoring a legit KO).

Realistically they both deserve title challenges at this point, but I feel Parker deserves the first hit out.

Whoever the King so chooses to fight the King will fight and if he so chooses to call it a day after having clocked the game he can do that too.

Usyk runs boxing. He's The Daddy. He's the King of the castle. A lion. The King of the jungle. He simultaneously sits atop of the throne of the sport's glamour division and the P4P throne and it's truly beautiful sight to behold. The King of all he surveys. He calls the shots and what he says goes. A God among men. A messiah even? All these other fighters are all mere mortals in his presence.
