Usyk is honourable in that he will always fulfil his mandatories; if Kabayel can establish mandatory status for one of Usyk's titles then I'm sure the fight would happen. If not, then Usyk will probably take the most lucrative or interesting fight for him.
Usyk has cruiser weight run, but is he really going to go down the Fury road and base his hw resume on 3 guys? Imagine him stopping parkers great run and then putting an end to Agit before retiring? That would be legendary and among the greats. I know the majority have him as the best to ever do it on this forum already, but bowing out with another rematch and possibly an mma fighter would be dull If he fights parker or Kabayel next? Then that would be fair enough and obviously a great way to bow out, but a rematch against a guy you treated as a bum and finished with a jab is not exciting to me It's a handpicked fight
Yes, because if there's one thing Usyk has very clearly demonstrated over his pedestrian career, it's that he's a risk averse, shamelessly protected fighter who cravenly avoids any and all challenges.
Why fight kabayel? He wants to fight a guy he beat with a jab already in a one sided fight If this was any other fighter than usyk, the whole forum would attack him.
I highly doubt he'll duck Kabayel. Maybe he'll retire without facing him, but i don't see him ducking him. Dubois, Parker, Kabayel. All worthy challengers right now.
It´s not a fact at all because you literally have no proof or evidence of this. You saw the Kabayel fight and randomly came to this conclusion. It´s just a stupid thing to say. Btw, Kabayel has been beating up slow, old heavyweights. Why is that? Why is he not fighting younger guys that can actually move? Makes one wonder.
He will in his reign but he has to get the belt off Usyk by stopping him to the body first. He’s the WBC interim champion so it’s due.
No Usyk will quit. He’ll quit his boxing career before getting to Kabayel so then the belt will be won against someone else.
