I think The Dosser is the worst one. Mak is basically a more skilled version of The Dosser without the PBC smoke and mirrors hype machine and promotion and manufactured career. If The Dosser had fought Kabayel at any stage of his career before he was exposed the exact same thing would've happened

Guido is much improved and he arguably beat Ajagba and if not he lost by a hair

All of Dubois’ fights were against fighters in pretty normal form. Joshua , Hrgovic and Miller were past peak but far from shot and nobody was injured or fat.

Kabayel deserves credit for destroying his lineup though.

Dubois has the best run. All three guys he beat are still formidable, to a degree. Moving ahead, the guys he beat aren't pushovers, yet.

On the other hand, Zhang and Wilder have aged out. Mahkmudov is crashing and burning faster than Kownacki. Bakole humiliated himself Saturday. There isn't a lot of upside with them going forward.

The problem with Dubois is, despite his excellent turnaround, he basically quit against Usyk and got stopped.

I'm just not in a hurry to see the rematch. Or to see one at all, if someone else might put on a better performance against the champ.

Dubois is a fun fighter to watch these days, but I'd rather see Parker and Kabayel against Usyk next.

Although, it sounds like Dubois will get it. (And I'll still watch. ;))

There have just been too many rematches lately for fights that didn't necessarily warrant one.

It’s close but this is the right answer.

This is not the right answer. Parker is last.

Dubois won his fight with Hrgovic by deliberate head butts, and a dishonest referee who called it a TKO. And I think he’s probably full of PEDs, since he refused VADA. He used to have a glass chin, but punches don't seem to affect him now - steroids do help boxers quickly recover from hard punches.

So both Parker and Kabayel have done better, without dishonest advantages. A PED-free Dubois with an honest referee is not a top level fighter (see the Joyce, Lerena and Usyk fights).

Dubois never refused vada and he never even cheated people lie about headbutts I’ve never seen him do that. Dubois clearly had the best wins you are just blind to it out of pure hate.

No, watch his past two fights. He started to head butt Joshua in round one, but the referee stopped him. Sadly there was a corrupt Queensberry referee for the Hrgovic fight.

    As for the VADA testing:

I think that Joshua was in atrocious form. He looked like a deer in headlights except for the one round he snapped out of it, but it was too little too late by then.

Im no AJ fan, but he was not there that night. I’m not saying he’s shot (although he might be after that beating), but that was more than a bad night for him.

Even in his other losses or times he’s gotten hurt or rattled, he’s never looked that bad… all respect given to DuBois, who did a great job… but I think there’s more at play than DuBois’ performance alone (although it was certainly part of it, AJ prolly would have had a better shot of getting himself going against a lesser or different opponent).

You've gotta love posts like these. When Joshua loses he "wasn't there". As if there's some other version of AJ who is magically a much better fighter.

Fans just REFUSING to accept the reality that he's not as good as they'd hoped.

I think AJ was overconfident and had an overly aggressive gameplan like he did against Ruiz. I don’t think he’s shot. He’s still one of the better fighters in The division.

Warren literally said Dubois had signed up that is a nothing story I saw it back then. Also Dubois leans his head on Joshua’s face which is different to a headbutt which would be a swinging motion. At the end of the day it’s a fight. Mike Tyson was one of the dirtiest fighters of all time using elbows and twisting peoples arms but nobody cared. Get on with it and fight. Dubois wins are all legitimate.

I’ll say it remains to be seen if he’s still one of the better fighters of the division, that was a brutal beating. As far as his performance / gameplay, I don’t think he had the wrong gameplan so much as he had the wrong mindset. He thought he was in for an easy night due to his arrogance, and wasn’t at all prepared for the dog fight war DuBois immediately brought to him…

    @Slyk
You say “posts like these”, then go on to make a comment that sounds like you didn’t even read my post? I compared him to his other losses saying he looked worse, I didn’t say he wasn’t there anytime he lost, and also stated I wasn’t a fan.

If you’re just gonna talk to your own thoughts and preconceived notions, why even act like you’re responding to someone?
