    He did hit Crocker with a flagrant elbow and that was a late shot

    But the ref was terrible and both were to blame for the head clashes so it was unfair to blame it all on Donovan

    Immediate rematch. No one wants to see Crocker vs Super Boots and if Crocker doesn't take the immediate rematch it's a female dog move and a duck

    Ref screwed everything up

    Crocker has to take the rematch really, no other choice......he can't go into a fight with Boots after that, if ever....it'd be the end of his career.

    Marcus McDonnell outdid himself. His previous most terrible showing is when he gave Campbell Hatton the win over a Spanish bloke who had clearly won pretty much every round. This effort beats even that. Must have been given a particularly large brown envelope tonight.

    If Andre Ward had that ref he would be 0-32, rightly so, and I would absolutely love that

    But Crocker is a very lucky man and Donovan very unlucky to lose his zero tonight

    I hope Paddy Donovan takes this well and improves as a result. I don't want him to take it badly and turn off the sport, he is a genuinely good and entertaining boxer.

    I'm just being fair. He did flagrantly elbow Crocker. He did stiff-arm like crazy. He did hit him after the bell. But he did also dominate the fight and he did not deserve to lose tonight because they were both to blame for for the head clashes and I'm not sure it was intentional by either. The referee was atrocious and the wrong man got his hand raised even though the right man did hit him after the bell

    Donovan proved he is the real deal, excellent performance. I doubt Boots wants that work! I bet he's thanking his lucky stars what happened at the end there.
