The ref didn’t call it, it was 10-9 tank
If tank communicated with the ref appropriately, 10-9 tank

I’m entertaining your hypotheticals, but also trying to explain to you the reality.

There was a communication error and a misunderstanding, that’s the only way roach won the round. Not by actually beating tank that round.

Of course the ref is the boss, that's why it's a 10-9 round in reality, despite how you would have scored had the ref mad the call you think was right.
