Belly is the worse fraud.

1) Belly was KOed by Wilder in the first fight, dishonest ref gave him a long count
2) Belly was beaten by a boxing novice Ngannou, who AJ easly KOed
3) avoided Usyk for 2 years, wasted his time
4) poor sport, Belly refuses to admit he lost to Usyk, AJ does not deny his losses
5) refused to honor the contracted rematch with W Klitschko
6) Belly is continuing to avoid AJ, who has been trying for ten years to get a fight with him

 

Norton was stopped quite a few times himself. I would say Norton arguably beat Ali 2/3 (I agree) not all 3 also.
