The truth of the matter is Tank has consistently delivered the most eye catching knockouts in boxing over the last 10 years as in proper highlight reels against world class fighters. What people don’t see is that the fight between Tank and Roach was exhibiting high level skills boxing at its best. Some of the stuff Roach was doing if you forgot it was Roach you could imagine it was Mayweather ditto Tank’s skills and subtlety. There is clearly an agenda against Tank here in that many watch because they hope he loses, so a close fight must mean he lost. Yes this is in part do to his affiliation with Mayweather and PBC. I love Jesse Bam Rodriguez but nobody can tell me he is as good as Tank P4 P.
His last 4 opponents have been quality former world champions, and 2 were from a division he moved up in. You will struggle to find anyone in boxing fighting even 4 former champions in a row. Then you consider the rest of his career and actual in ring skills and its easy to see him as p4p. I wonder if you were so puzzled about GGG being p4p after beating Rubio.
And yet whenever people tell you they had Loma beating Haney, their card means nothing and only the official cards count. If you're too appeal to authority when it suits, you are promoting an appeal to authority even when it doesn't.
Well the truth of the matter is that Wahid is marketed on his knockouts, but that goes hand in hand with actually being able to knock someone out. Because of this his opposition level has been lower than what fans have demanded of him. It's not even like you can say when he stepped up against Cruz and Roach, because both were considered less than elite going into the fight. The reason Wahid plummets down most rankings is his reluctance to challenge against the best in the world, which had been a criticism levied against Wahid ever since Mayweather publicly announced that he wasn't ready to unify with Loma.
But your score card is meaningless to all but you. Your opinion or score card matters not to the official fight score cards nor to The Ring's P4P list...
Liston's corner was seemingly putting corrosive substances on his gloves and still Ali never turned his back like Davis did. Also that was an all time great in Sonny Liston, not with all due respect, Lamont Roach.
No because I accept the official decision which is a majority decisiondraw despite my personal scorecard had it 115-113 for Tank in line with one of the official judges.
Well it seems Loma is MIA because he does not want to be another. Statistic on Tank’s record. When it’s time to face Tank the so called best automatically lose their cojones. You all saw what happened tonRyan Garcia when he stepped up to take the test.
Did Ali take a knee like a biatch and let his corner wipe his eye or fought all round partially blind against the monster that Sonny Liston was?
