I don't know the level of Charly Suarez but I like Emmanuel Navarrete he is the second head or even the first head of the Super Featherweight.. even if it's prime is passed and now we have Robson Conceicao, Shaquie O'Foster and probably Masanori Rikiishi who can give him serious troubles.
No respect for Navarrete he is a cheat whose team tampered with the scales before his fight with Liam Wilson and then had the referee save his ass during the fight. Absolute scum what they did to Wilson was criminal but it gets swept under the rug.
