Who would win in a 15 round fight, (Prime) Wladimir Klitschko or (Prime) Vitali Klitschko?

Vitali would beat Wladimir up like that time their mom told Vitali to share his Lego’s with Wladimir.

 

I've fancied Vitali mainly due to his insane toughness. Although if you had to pick a guy to crack that chin, Wlad would be on the short list.

 

Vitali was far tougher and you would favour him even more so over the 15 round format.

 

Here's the thing. Wlad can take quite a few of Vitali's shots. He's proven he can take shots from bigger punchers. Vitali is not more than a few of Wlad's bombs. He has never proven he can take the kinds of shots that flattened Wlad's opponents. And no, Lewis does not hit as hard as Wlad.

So now we ask ourselves, can Vitali avoid the bombs like he usually did by fighting small guys and leaning back with his hands down? The answer is no, he is getting smashed in the face by RH's and LH's just like Pulev with his open guard.

Vitali is going to fall over to the shock of his fans who thought he couldn't be hurt because LHW Adamek couldn't KD him. He'll get up and run around like he did after Sanders cracked him. And Wlad will line him up and KO him.

The power difference is incredible. On top of that Wlad is faster, more athletic and more skilled.

This is actually a bad matchup for Vitali because the only real advantage he has is 'chin'.

Now, if Wlad fights dumb and gasses himself with high output like he did against Brewster, he can lose down the stretch after Vitali lands 100 clean punches and finally puts his brother away with a TKO.

 

I would always favor Vitali because of the volume of punches he throws, Wladimir wouldn't be able to handle that, Vitali by TKO...

I have always said Vitali wins this fight due to Chin, more aggressive, and just a much more natural of a fighter. Vitali loved to fight. Wlad fought for sport. There is a difference there. People **** on Vitali but he’s a head to head nightmare for any Heavyweight in history. Not saying he beats them all just that he isn’t a walk in the park for any of them. Vitali could fight and was a tough hombre.

 

Wlad is my top 5 but I think Vitali would have edged the matchup with his chin and aggression.

 

Wlad is the better boxer, harder puncher, was more athletic and beat much better competition. Vitali was definitely more durable and you could say he's a bad style match up for Wlad but I'm not so sure. Vitali was a heavy puncher but more in an accumulation way. I think Peak Wlad wins.

Vitali is the most overrated fighter in history. He literally beat noone. The ONLY advantage he has is chin, and unless he is knocking Wlad out, theres no way he wins a decision.

 

He definitely has some other advantages other than his chin like his workrate/stamina and the fact he has a better inside game than Wlad and is more willing to trade heavy shots.
