    Neither is Crawford

And he only moved up because Canelo didn't fancy it

It's gonna backfire on Canelo. Crawford's gonna kick his overrated ass.

Bud, might win, but if by "kick his ass" you mean to say Bud will give him a "beat down", I don't think that's gonna happen....

Canelo isn’t ripping Benavidez, anybody who follows Boxing knows that Canelo is ducking Benavidez and then trying to justify why he is fighting a far smaller opponent in Crawford does not pull the wool over anybody’s eyes. I’d love to see Crawford get the win .

It's pointless to use logic. Berlanga and Munguia got a shot when they accomplished far less.

Everyone in boxing knows that Canelo is afraid of Benavidez.

Yea, again If there was an actually legitimate sanctioning body for a world title or the alphabet groups could get a unified #1 contender and actually strip popular champions he may be singing a different tune.

Canelo makes it hard to be a fan of him.

“Benavidez have accomplished nothing and is not in my weight class”
“I’m in the stage of my career where I can do whatever I want “

Benaviez have accomplished way more than Crawford at SMW, plus Crawford is not in his weight class either.

If Canelo wants to keep his titles he has to fight contenders, otherwise Canelo can give up his titles and then he can fight whoever ever he wants.

"hes accomplished nothing" "he hasnt earned it" etc etc is ducking 101.

If pretty much everyone wants you to fight one specific guy, theres a clear reason for it.

Yep, some other great Ducking 101 sayings

"All good things happen in time...."
    "Let it marinate...."
    "He's not on my level..."
"Let's see him beat x y and z and then maybe we'll talk"
    "I'm bigger than that"
    "He's not ready yet"
"You have to earn it and he hasn't"

I don't understand why Canelo is finding every excuse to dodge Benavidez, especially because it's a winnable fight for him and would greatly benefit his legacy. He says that Benavidez has accomplished nothing and that he's not in his weight class but here he's fighting a guy that nobody seems to rate all that much (Scull) and also a guy that's weight classes below him (Crawford). Makes no sense why he's intent on not giving fans the fight everyone wants knowing full well that it's hurting his reputation.

Benavidez is the type of fighter that Canelo can beat stylistically due to his better boxing skills and counterpunching. But I guess Canelo himself just doesn't seem too keen on sharing the ring with him.

I'd respect Canelo more if he was just honest and say the size difference was too much. Theres no shame in Canelo not risking his 168 titles fighting someone who was always going to be moving up. There is shame in trying to imply that Benavidez didn't deserve to fight him.

Since losing to Bivol what has Canelo accomplished? He's a crybaby diva.
