The 30% offer means the annual plan is £83.89 ahead of the first Queensberry show. I still have reservations about ever giving them my money
I’m an existing subscriber, due to run out soon, surprised not to have been notified of the offer you quoted. Like you, I’m ultra careful off any dealings with them!
I was a subscriber initially. Having watched all the Queensberry cards on TNT I'd probably be their target market, but I'm not going back whilst they're involved with the Benn fiasco and customer service is as shocking as Beale relates above. Just wish they'd lived up to the early hype, as it is they've not helped the domestic scene, regardless of the activity they've generated?
Great value. If you're a boxing fan its a must. I did subscribe once upon a time but no longer have to pay for it, but I found customer service pretty standard (no worse than Sky's) , easy to cancel in the app when i started getting in free and thought it was good value back then , now its on another level. But I understand if people don't want to pay for it , a lot of people don't like paying for Sky , Netflix and Amazon Prime etc.
My subscription ran out yesterday. Had an email wishing me farewell, and of course, a link should I change my mind.....
The phrase that keeps annoying me "This saves fans money, only 1 subscription" Which is total nonsense. No one is paying for Sky and TNT for their boxing content. Tnt has a ridiculous amount of content I watch, so the boxing was an added bonus. I won't be paying for DAZN, so I really cannot see how many who pay for TNT for Champions league etc will be rushing to get a new sub only for boxing.
Looks like Adam Smith is back as the main commentator on DAZN. Ade main presenter with Bellew and Frampton as analysts. Smith main commentator with Barry Jones and Barker on co-comms and the lass doing the backstage stuff. Pretty decent tbf. This content is protected
No sign of Dev Sahni? I'm sure he'll pop up on Queensberry shows anyway. Wonder have Warren & Bellew patched up their differences too?
It's a pretty decent offer to be fair. The last time I subscribed was when it was 7.99, which if your a boxing fan is probably about the value it offers imo. The problem is, before you could dip in and out and nothing was PPV. Now any decent card is PPV. Personally I won't resubscribe as I have seen what a nightmare it is to try and cancel, but that price point might tempt a few more to sign up
I'm fine with no Sahni. Guy seems to think he'll be fired if he doesn't manage to get the two opponents to "beef".
For what it’s worth, I’ve recently cancelled TNT because the loss of boxing pushed me over the edge. I could just about justify the fee for the few Champions / Premier League matches a month and usually a boxing card or two, but without the boxing I see it as exorbitant for what I get from it. Appreciate I may be a minority who has no interest in cricket / Moto GP / club rugby etc which are their other selling points. But you can add me to the small bucket for whom the TNT subscription was justified by boxing.
