I don't know. He did say he wanted to fight Fundora again which is a fight he could win. I don't think he will be able to beat Murtazaliev though.
Tim is a bit old to be rebuilding. He's 30 years old and in his prime. Now is not the time to go on and rebuild. At age 30 he should have learned the basics of defense by now, but he hasn't. He has been found out. His best isn't anywhere near good enough. Keep it moving. Next prospect up.
Tim should win this fairly easily. A couple of defeats seem to have really hurt his rep. He's a good fighter with some pop. Keith has never really been all that, had a stint at the top level that was pretty brief and spent a lot of time injured. Looks to have lost some speed and while he still has a punch his power was always well overrated. Tim should do a convincing job on him.
He's still good enough to beat some of the current beltholders. The guy in your AV sure needs to throw the towel in and stop embarrassing himself though.
This is why fighters should be stepping up in their early to mid 20s. A loss is valuable information. It exposes your weaknesses. It's an opportunity to identify where you need to get better. But at 30, it's a little late to head back to the drawing board.
Exactly this also too many people write fighters off after losing the reality of boxing is only really special fighters or cherry pickers can remain undefeated.
