Well, did Mike beat Buster Douglas? Did Louis beat Ezzard Charles? Did Ali beat Berbick? We can nitpick all we want if you want to move the goalpost.

Ah yes, he SHOULD HAVE been disqualified. But he wasn't. And if you're that opposite to clinching, you should say Ali was supposed be DQed against Frazier in the rematch, especially since he was doing all the clinching there, while the in the Povetkin fight, Sasha was holding for dear life as well. Oh and since you're old as hell, you should remember how fighters fought back in the days and how boxing up until like 1920's was very much a hug fest. Watch any Jack Johnson fight, or better, dig down in your memory, since you're so old, you watched it live.

So Wlad must be something special since he earned a lot more than US and UK fighters back in his days :p

He should have been warned for holding earlier. Like against Jennings when he couldn't hold as much.

Povetkin did play his part too which is ignored but Wlad was stronger than Povetkin.

You fight the way the ref lets you to fight. And the ref, chosen by Povetkin's camp, did what he did. Allowed a wrestling match to happen.

Or maybe he kept the majority of the earnings to himself and paid challengers and undercard fighters poorly?

That definitely wasn't the case in the AJ boom era

Maybe. If so, prove it. But you're doing a great job in moving the goalpost. Now it's not "Wlad didn't earn more" but rather "yeah, maybe Wlad earned more, but he was a thief!". So you're basically admitted I was right and you're changing the subject.

    I haven't moved anything
I still believe AJ earned far more than Vlad

I've admitted nothing of the sort

I believe Wlad business was booming for Him but not boxing or boxers

Plus AJ is still active and has more paydays to come
    Big ones too

    Prove it?
Didn't you just go off on one when asked to prove something? Lol

None of us can prove anything, it's all subjective but you know what they say "no smoke without fire" and over the years I've heard many people allude to the brothers forcing ridiculous terms on challengers and paying poorly on undercards
. It's just a thought as to how he maximised his earnings

It's not a matter fo belief you know, these are verifiable numbers.

    Again, same as above.

Sure, and I wish him the best in earning a lot, but that wasn't the point of the discussion.

Ranging from 150 to 250 million is verifiable?

Fella, your trying to win an argument I'm not really having with you

You and I know absolutely nothing and everything is based on guess work and a search engine

You can go fight by fight and count how much Wlad earned. It is verifiable. Look at the fact that he earned 10-20 million a fight, it's A LOT.

Nah, I'm just correcting false narratives and lies.

And lies? , pray tell and how do you know the "truth"?

    Because Google told you so?

Again, you can verify that yourself, but if you just want to believe something without checking it, it's on you.

The fact that hundrets of millions of people were watching Wlad all around the world and he was earning tens of millions for his fights while majority of them not even being PPVs contradicts the claim that he wasn't popular and he somehow brought boxing down.

Because I can verify information. You should try it sometimes, comes in handy in the era of fake news.

You haven't verifyed a single thing

    Anyway I'm off out

Enjoy the Easter weekend as I take your advice and learn how to use the Internet

Your a decent poster but becoming very condescending and patronising lately
