Just showed clips of eggington against cheeseman,out of interest what happened to Ted cheeseman,always seemed to be in good fights

I really, really hope this isn't a fight too far for Eggington.

 

Loved watching Cheeseman

 

Don’t know if you are aware but a few years back he got his back slashed in a really bad way due to some beef with a traveller over a bird. As far as I’m aware he left his wife and kid for this new bird and he’s still with her. Think he’s packed boxing in for good, not sure what he does now for a living. Wasn’t he supposed to come from a well-off family?

 

I didn’t just because it was uncomfortable watching him use his face as a guard for 12 rounds. Punishment he suffered every fight was unsustainable and he had a gambling problem too which was pretty sad.

My memory is hazy but didn’t he for once box really well hitting and making Fowler miss for an entire fight and then not getting the decision?

Not sure mate. I only ever remember him being in wars so must not have watched that one. Might try and dig it out later.
