Bit of a bold statement here and obviously Parker has a better resume.
But Kabayel was much more impressive in his last fights. Makhmudov isn't that worse that a shot Wilder. Zhang was the same. Sanchez is decent. Last performance of Parker was impressive but too much doubt on a suspect preparation from Bakole.
I am sure that Usyk knows that his biggest threat right now is by far Kabayel. Parker has no chance of trying to outbox Usyk

Kabayel gets hit too much for my liking, but I love his style and when he gets to work on the body it's glorious. I still need to seem him face more adversity though and what he does and can do when plan A doesn't work, which is a depth that Parker has already shown.

Also even an old Wilder is miles ahead of Makhmudov, Sanchez had an obvious knee injury and Zhang is Zhang.

Kabayel and Parker are definitely one and two after the champs when it comes to record, but Parker's wins are against more proven opponents.

I put Kabayel in front of Parker because he is undefeated and he got the better recent win with the KO victory over Zhang.

I have parker ahead due to resume, but I do suspect Agit is better and certainly would give the champ a much tougher fight due to his style

In a real world, these guys fight to sort out who is the next in line, while Fury and Aj sort out their own shyte and not skip the queue

Miles is just a ridiculous stretch.

Although, I'm leaning towards Kabayel to beat Parker. You need to remember Parker is still far more experienced and is more proven than Kabayel and has had a better career, he was literally the world champion at one point. Its not like I'm saying as if Parker has left his prime, he is still in his prime.

It will be a really close fight.

I agree Kabayel is pretty hittable, but I'd say that we saw a big change of plan when A didnt work in the first round against Zhang as Kabayel tried to outbox him then, but realised it was too pedestrian before putting in an incredible high-risk display of pressure.

Agreed Miles is a bit over the top lol. There both close in my personal ranking.

either give these guys a shot at a title or have them fight each other.

Kabayel needs to fight a Fury, AJ, Dubois, or Parker level fighter first. Waiting actually benefits him. Usyk will slow down in the next 2 years if he keeps on fighting. At that point, he could be more vulnerable to Kabayel’s body punches.

I think they both avoided the top fighters for over five years because they're not that good.

Parker has been massively inflated with his run of old-fighter victories lately. Meanwhile Joyce destroyed him and Joyce is bad.

Kebabyal is now amazing for beating Zhang who is a four round fighter and old. Zhang landed a drunken swing on him for the KD.

Let's be real, AJ and Wilder would both KO this character in their prime.

I actually think Parker is the better boxer but these days he is falling over a lot.

Against Usyk who has the better chance, yeah probably Kebabyal because Parker will try to box Usyk and fail and maybe Kebabyal will just come forward absorb punches and try to maul him so do a little better.

What we really need is AJ v Kebabyal so we can see how he deals with someone who can land power shots on his face consistently. Parker had the skill to avoid getting KO'd but didn't do much. I think Kebabyal gets splattered even by older AJ but I'd like to be wrong there.

Resumes matter - Parker's isn't just better, it's way, way better.

They both have Zhang - Parker's was younger (and he's at an age where his already horrible stamina is clearly getting worse and worse), Kabayel got a stoppage... Both showed good chins, as surviving big punchers from the chin check Chinaman proves.

Both have Chisora by decision - he was younger against Kabayel, but Parker got him by UD where Kabayel didn't... And Chisora was arguably in better shape and form in his Parker fights.

    Beyond that...
Kabayel has hypejobs Makhmudov and Sanchez, neither of whom have proven they're anything special.

Parker has Wilder, who was at least fringe contender level even if he does get overrated bigtime... Joe also has wins over Ruiz (close, but Ruiz on his day and on his diet was a decent contender), as well as more gatekeepers in Bakole, Takam and Hughie Fury.

Ultimately Parker is usually underrated... He falls into two categories that can make that happen - firstly he's not a big puncher and secondly he's actually fought loads of high level guys and has a few losses as a result.

Kabayel on the other hand gets a pass on the much shallower resume, gets credit for still having the zero (despite it being much easier when you aren't fighting good guys regularly) and gets the stereotypical heavyweight fan vote because he punches harder.

Parker's way more proven, Kabayel needs to build his resume up - for me to consider him an equal, let alone superior.

When we look at the resume you are right .

Parker has : 39 hw fights against 38 opponents

Kabayel : 26 hw fights against 25 opponents

For comparision : usyk 8 hw fights against 5 opponents ... lol
