Took me seconds to find out Noel is from Sandbach, Cheshire, a town that's 97% white (95% white British) , and just has just 0.4% muslims. And it was absolutely no surprise to me he's from a town like that.

Yep, the entire government procurement system is set up as a money grab for Tory chums and donors, it’s ridiculous the prices government pay for anything when they should have bargaining power as such a large organisation. There’s a lot of out and out cronyism and nothing be seems to give a ****.
