This fight should have been opening the card. Just awful.

Whoever came up with the idea to dump his dirty fouling piece of crap stepfather Khoren Gevor and bring Don Charles into his corner did Mikaelian's career a world of good.

Also - question about that relationship. Multiple questions actually.

    1. How can somebody be just nine years older than you and be your stepdad? That's more like mentor / older bro status if anything. Calling anyone pops that hadn't even hit double-digits or puberty when you were born seems wrong.

    2. Why did he change his name from Norair Mikaelian to Noel Gevor (fighting under the latter for the first several years of his career) - and then change it back? Did they have both a professional and personal falling out?

Noel jabbing well again, landed several straight rights. Jack with some good body work, but not enough. Noel flurries late.

I’m sure it’s not a secret that Jack is supposed to keep that belt for Canelo.

Two clear low blows in front of the ref, and of course that goblin misses them. And 5 seconds later again.
Jack is landing a lot of low blows.
