Wayne McCullough says hello. Morales punched hard for 122, but he threw the kitchen sink and couldn't dent him.

Nobody is taking bomb after bomb off Beterbiev or Foreman.

You should not be getting decked with 1 shot in the low weights.

Some of the bigger hitters pound for pound are lower weight fighters like, Hamed, Wilde, Zarate, Olivares, Zamora, Gomez, Avelar etc.

****ing casual took the day off to spend it here talking nonsense. Log off balloonhead.

Yes and no. It’s weird. Ironically I think it’s his offense. In both knockdowns it was his aggressive swinging that caught him. But he immediately adjusted and never once got caught like that again. Inoue can clearly be defensive, but somehow he resets to old offensive habits in the following fight

Beterbiev literally had to beat Browne into the canvass. Foreman wailed on Ali until he ran out of steam... Ffs, Foreman put Frazier down over and over, but Frazier kept getting up.

Yes, guys at higher weights clearly hit harder, some even significantly more so - but to say that no one at 122 should be going down from a single clean punch is just ridiculous.
We just saw Inoue get dropped!

So are you genuinely suggesting that Inoue has a bad chin? Because I remember Donaire checking his chin real good.

What does that even mean? You do know that a lot of fighters come in different body sizes and proportions and there's weight classes for a reason right? Fighters can be explosive and sleep other fighters in the lower weights too. Guys like Wilfredo Gomez, Carlos Zarate, Ruben Olivares, Khaosai Galaxy, Roman Gonzalez, Ricardo Lopez fought in the lower weight classes and knocked out almost everyone put in front of them.

If you look at the replay he walked right into it, it was slightly reminiscent of the JMM-Pacquiao IV KO. It's a credit to Inoue's chin that he was able to get up with his legs under him.

    Spare me.

175 and higher and people can't take it. The human skull is only capable of taking so much force.

Beterbiev landed clean and Browne went down. That's how it goes at 175. Foreman landed clean at HW and Frazier went down.

You have a shaky grasp on reality if you think Inoue has a shaky chin.

Cardenas landed clean on Inoue and Inoue went down.
Inoue himself has put down a lot of guys the same way - just a singular punch.
Oscar Collazo at 105 manages to put guys down with just one shot.

You are right in your assessment that bigger guys hit harder, but you are wrong in saying that no one at 122 should be going down from a single shot.

He goes down. Pacquiao would provably finish him.

Thus forum cracks me up. I love it. Everybody knows that HWs and higher weight classes have higher KO rates. And higher weight classes feature more knockdown. And that in the lower weights the fighters take the punches better. But because Inoue is a fan favorite all logic abandoned. They have literally studied and concluded that higher weight classes have more knockdowns and KOs.

That's the thing, the lower in weight you go the better the fighters take a punch. It's not a good look going down like that by Inoue.

Yeah it’s the third time he got clipped like that. Nonito 1, Nery and now Cardenas. I will say this though, it’s always early. A guy like Tank if he was at that weight could brutally stop him though, you can’t keep taking these massive shot.
