Fabio Wardley had a nutritionist and S&C coach within about 7 pro fights. Compare him and Bakole and the trajectories of their careers this morning… one lives the life of a professional athlete and the other is Bakole
He actually doesn't need to lose a massive amount he's fine at 285 so it's only about a stone for a bloke his size that's easily achieved. The only issue is if he blows up to 315 again in-between fights then it'll be too much it's down to him to show some discipline now he's got talent I hope he doesn't waste it.

When 'athletes' are this fat. It can't just be eating. The fella most have a massive drinking habbit. It's pretty damn hard to be that obese while being a boxer just from eating.
Incredible that a man could get himself within 1-2 fights into a position to fight for a World Heavyweight Belt and he does not have either. Confirmed - I have completely written Bakole off. Mickey Mouse mindset as well as grossly obese.
The worst thing about this is that if Bakole was in shape he would have taken Ajagba out and pretty easily by that showing. This should be a massive wake up call for Martin as he got a get of jail free card by getting the draw. He has one last chance to get in shape if he turns up like that again he is done at the top level.
Do we overhype on this forum or are we just let down? In the last 12 months Joyce, Bacole, Fury,AJ etc have all had a fair fall from grace!
