Nakatani getting on is cut from the same cloth. A couple titles and zero notable wins.

He was rated by The Ring. All but a couple boxers in those divisions have jobs outside of boxing

Dude's best wins are Maloney, who sucks, and I guess Rodriuguez Jr., who was past it.

Espinoza is head and shoulders above him

He beat Akui who is a better fighter than anyone Espinoza has. He was green though

Akui beat Masamichi Yabuki (2 div champ, beat possible future HoFer Teraji) and Artem Dalakian (9 defenses at 112) as well as almost beating Teraji. That's a way better resume than Robeisy.

The bar is low at 112. There's no talent pool. Nobody is that small. Robeisy has two gold medals and was a 126 champ. And no Teraji isn't making the HOF. And Akui was an unknown prospect when he fought Nakatani.

It's like 40% the size of 126. Which is fine because his resume is more than 2.5x as good. He actually beat top fighters in his division unlike Robeisy.

And I think Teraji will make the HoF. 16-1 in title fights, lineal/ring/unified in 2 divisions, cleared 108 of its best names, 12 defenses. And his career still isn't over

    Teraji resume:

    2 div champ Masamichi Yabuki
    2 div champ Olascuaga
    2 div champ Kyoguchi
    Champ Seigo Yuri Akui
    Former champ Hekkie Budler
    Robbed of championship Carlos Canizalez
    former champ Rosales
    Former champ Melindo
    champ Gangian Lopez x2
    Former champ Guevara

Guys like Teraji usually get the ballot and don’t get voted in. It speaks volumes that you’re required to shift the discussion to Teraji because I said Nakatani had a weak resume. Robeisy beat Dogboe who is a former champ and had just beaten Joet.

And no, your math doesn’t work either.

Dogboe is not a proven top name. He got a gift vs Joet who is a gatekeeper. I bring Teraji up because it's relevant to Nakatani's resume. Nakatani>Akui>Yabuki>Teraji.

If you want to basically say "any contender is as good as elites at 112, no matter their resumes" then Espinoza has a better win than Akui. I doubt I can change your mind on that one

I don’t know how people are rating Beterbiev above Canelo, the man is on his way towards retirement.

Robeisy>Dogboe>Magdaleno>Donaire QED. No unknown prospects needed.

I saw Robeisy light up Nova in person and it impressed me more than seeing Ioka or Nietes in person.

Consistent with how I rate ALL boxers.

Again, put up your list or sit this one out.
